So the west london homey Damon Albarn reached out for a remix for his Monkey project - the next level engenius project from the creator of the gorillaz, I caught damons honest johns review this summer at lincoln center in nyc. was an amazing show, at the end he really really brought down the house. a true musical originator. My B-day was def a good time, after celebrating with Mark in proper London fancy dress style - we had a NYC blow out.. First up big buddy Jefferson Hack had some special cup cakes for us at the another magazine party in BK and sang happy birthday standing on a table - then we jetted to Beatrice for a a mind numbing set of classics. Many celebs came out to wish Mark a happy B-day. I played the rowdy 90s nyc hip hop set and it went down big time. Such a fun night. Shout to Paul for that one as well!

The Delicious Gutter Jump Off @ Webster Hall for CMJ was dooope. All the B-more Gutter Crew was live on stage for CMJ. The God Debonair Samir held down the wheelz, Mike Mumblez played the heavy heavy B-more set - K-Spen and Murda Mark were rocking as well. Then Mr Vegas totally tore the club down - Oh My Gosh !!! was major and the EP is out in store now. True Gutter collabos the first Baltimore x Jamaica official collaboration record. HISTORY was made! ! The live video will be available soon - keep a look out. Shout out to Illa J and Masta Ace in the house as well repping the next generation of Delicious.... 2009 is looking ill...

Had a quick run of parties last week. Switzerland was really dope, shout out to Klemens and crew for that one - was a 3 hour set of bangers, then dropped into Paris for the big Peaches party, was a great time shout out to everyone i met out there - so many cool people in paris - we had a blitz - then it was back to nyc for CMJ week. The Allido records party was super fantastic. my favorite label for sure. Mark and crew put on a great show - especially Daniel and Wale. I enjoyed Wales set tremendously. The gogo band element was much refreshing to me - brought me back to my days escaping b-more hanging in DC.
Then we had the mother of all parties on friday!!!!

Well it went down uptown. Cipha rocked and played a dope B-more Gutter set and Verb and I made sure B-more was in the building - atmos was rammed and it was an great time for all up in Harlem.
Maybe uptown is the new downtown.?

My man Pete Nice is the illest since back in the day. I was a huge 3rd bass fan, but Pete was the one. He said some shit even back then and Daddy Rich is still #1. Anyway i was lucky enough to meet up with Pete and collab on a few tees, and just build on science, math and all that. I still trying to get him to do a new joint. 2009 style. Nuff Ced..

Delicious Gutter - For all those that dont know is the collaboration between me and Rick Ross from Delicious Vinyl we just released Paris Rave Genius DON RIMINI - whose remixed VERB, Mr Vegas the first Jamaica x Baltimore official collabo (this aint no remix) Vegas wrote those joints to the Aaron LaCrate and Debonair Samir tracks. Its historical to be the first one to do something isnt it? Also the Young MC "Know How Theme" which is still spreading like the plague, the new Ton Loc - Funky Cold Medina remake is HUUGE! and we just started..
