My man Pete Nice is the illest since back in the day. I was a huge 3rd bass fan, but Pete was the one. He said some shit even back then and Daddy Rich is still #1. Anyway i was lucky enough to meet up with Pete and collab on a few tees, and just build on science, math and all that. I still trying to get him to do a new joint. 2009 style. Nuff Ced..

Yes yes yall.. Delicious Gutter - For all those that dont know is the collaboration between me and Rick Ross from Delicious Vinyl we just released Paris Rave Genius DON RIMINI - whose remixed VERB, Mr Vegas the first Jamaica x Baltimore official collabo (this aint no remix) Vegas wrote those joints to the Aaron LaCrate and Debonair Samir tracks. Its historical to be the first one to do something isnt it? Also the Young MC "Know How Theme" which is still spreading like the plague, the new Ton Loc - Funky Cold Medina remake is HUUGE! and we just started.. Your going to freak when you see what we have lined up next. The best of the best quality music no amateurs or hype - just big records.

Dropping soon Verb's debut single "The East Side Extraterrestrial" end of Sept featuring "Down the Hill" and the Don Rimini "Pssy Stay on My Mind" B-more Raved Out Remix. Don is killing it right now and were psyched to have him representing Delicious Gutter.
Next up is Debonair Samirs new full length cd "Samir's Revenge" out soon as well. The Gutter movement is on an popping - you can check both these cool dudes out below
Aaron LaCrate's friends and family Tour of Baltimore. Featuring Verb, Dj Equalizer, Debonair Samir, Mike Mumbelz and the rest of the crew... This is how it should be done. Take notes kiddies.

Happy B-day to my buddy Mark, he had a great b-day blast outside London and was a hoot - was a fancy dress affair - your favorite record cover to be exact. Shout out to everybody who made the effort. The pic is pretty funny the famous Santo Gold as Eazy E, Blu Jemz as Ice Cube and me as Joey Ramone. Hey Nice Ice Grill James. Hilarious Stuff..
So Rakim the GOD did 2 special surprise shows at the Apollo this weekend for Chris Rocks new HBO comedy special "Kill The Messenger" and I was asked to be his DJ for the shows. Aaron LaCrate and Rakim at the Apollo. Let me just say to share the stage with Rakim anywhere is a huge honor - at the legendary Apollo where the best of the best have played is just indescribable.
I checked out Chris Rocks show afterward which is funny as hell and right on time for these crazy times we live in. He tore it down!
check this mix from Aaron LaCrate - a classic mix of the best of Biggie, Jay Z, and all the other greats - mostly joints youve never heard or forgotten about, enjoy.

I have no idea what this guy is saying but hes giving me props i think. He is the first dude to bring streetwear to Moscow. - he had to fight big dudes for the right to wear neon colors - cuz they werent havin that - all they used to wear was black - not even red - and we think we have it bad.
So hosted my photography exhibit all over Europe. Moscow, Finland, Stockholm, Malmo, Gottenburg, Norway, and London with Dazed and Confused. Was a blinding good time, all the kids came out to support. Afterparty with Mark Ronson & Verb was insane in the membrane. Dj Chew warmed them up
lots of millenium hip hop. Baltimore in LDN for real.

Aaron LaCrate is one of those enigmatic cats who seems to manage to run things on both sides of the tracks. Growing up in East Baltimore, he pushed his passions to the next level from DJing, to skating, to graffiti. Moving to NYC in his late teens, he's been pushing Baltimore's musical heritage to a worldwide scale, linking with clothing labels, brands and music industry types to shine a spotlight on a city that has always been a bit under the radar. If it weren't for Aaron LaCrate, the Baltimore Gutter sound wouldn't have reached the UK and we probably wouldn't have heard from Spank Rock or Amanda Blank. In the UK to promote his Bodymore Murdaland photography exhibition, RBMA Radio caught up with Aaron and his new signing Young Verb, to find out more about Baltimore and Milkcrate Records.

One of my favorite creative people and directors Harmony Korine and agnes b had the release for his new movie Mr Lonely @ Beatrice in NYC and they wanted Aaron LaCrate in the building. Was a great night, I smoked Beatrice - even the bouncers were dancing. Go see Mr Lonely its an amazing film. My old pal turned actor Waris was reppin - shout to him.

the future is now. coming soon on Rhapsody / Mtv an exclusive peek at Verb's "Down the Hill" East Baltimore neighborhood - some say its the new compton or south bronx. Verbs music is ill his single in dropping very soon. Hes def the future of club hip hop and all that....

This was my basement of the old Bank nightclub in Baltimore where I would spin, now called Bedrock where me and my old pal Jason Patrick threw the crazed party Remedy in 94 and 95. That spot was live and i used to set up the decks right on that wooden bar and sell mixtapes and t-shirts while i was spinnin, was a great time, funny story all my old goon buddies used to roll down there, one nght a rave kid who will go unamed jokingly said cool aaron sucks! One of the goons instantly knocked him out. Ah the old days i miss them so!
Anyhow I painted most of the basement myself, the characters and all the background is my 90s stylee...
I dont know the people in the pics but they look very 90s..
Last time in La I was lucky enough to meet J Dillas younger brother, Illa J, he's carrying on the legacy and sound, we did a AOL program called 16 bars which is a dope thing, my homey Mike Ross is working on the record and releasing on the better then ever LA institution Delcious Vinyl. Mikes got that platinum touch - It was a great episode because Detroit and B-more are very similar spots, so speaking musicaly there was a lot of common ground.. check it below...
